Bodvoc gold stater, Dobunni tribe circa 20 BC-10 AD. Gold, 19mm, 5.51g. Obv: BODVO[C] across plain field. R. Triple-tailed horse right, wheel below, crescent and two pellet-in-rings forming hidden face above. Extremely fine, virtually as struck. Discovered in the Wychavon district, Worcestershire and recorded on the PAS database as WAW-439F31. Cf. CCI 61.0058 (same dies).
